About the role:
This person will be responsible for influencing and contributing to the overall business strategy and organizational plan requirements as an HR Advisor.
- Influencing and contributing to the overall business strategy and organizational plan requirements.
Identify strategies to increase productivity, efficiency and performance across the organization in a high pressure and fast pacing environment.
Educate, guide, coach and influence business leaders on issues involving all HR subject areas
- Review, support and challenge of the HR priorities, policies, processes and systems
to ensure they support the delivery of an effective streamlined day-to-day operational HR service
Define, track and report on meaningful KPIs aligning the People/ HR agenda to the business
Driving operational and cultural change across an international environment
10-15years+ of Senior HR experience in management roles
relevant Master level qualification is preferable
Leadership experience at top management/board level including proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders at regional and global level to drive change, engagement and appropriately prioritised HR initiatives across the region
Strong Organisational development and change management experience.
Highly effective presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills
Significant experience with HR systems implementation
Able to work in a complex matrix and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Culturally sensitive and a role model for good leadership behaviours.
