Senior Accountant: Management Accountant
One of Africa’s leading resources businesses, and listed of the LSE, our client is currently recruiting for an experienced senior management accountant. This business is a truly worldwide diversified mining company and offers fantastic long term career opportunities.
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for translating financial accounting information from the various operations into operational reports for internal and external use, as well as monitoring performance and helping to improve financial systems across the company.
High level responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
• Budgeting & Planning
• Reporting
• Financial Analysis and Cost Control
• Forecasting and Capital Control
Applicants must hold a relevant professional qualification (CA or CIMA), should have at least three years industry experience (preferably mining / heavy industry) in a management accounting or related role and have o good understanding of SAP.
