The Head: Specialised Investments CEO the business unit and will form part of the executive (Exco) team.
In conjunction with the other Exco members, the successful candidate will determine the long term strategic direction of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:
 Developing a national sales plan for SI in conjunction with the heads of the respective business units.
 Ensuring growth in new business and retention of existing assets in this segment through managing and optimising the business’s interaction with distribution.
 Increase the usage products and services developed by the respective business units.
 Support the businesses to maximize its short, medium and long term profitability and returns to its shareholders, from a SI market segment point of view.
 Attend Excos as well as serving as a business representative on industry forums as required.
 In conjunction with the heads of the businesses, develop, review, and report on a sustainable segmentation strategy for SI.
 Develop a channel strategy for large national SI accounts.
 Explore new opportunities locally and abroad to develop new accounts as well as new methods of distributing our products and services to this market.
 Train and accredit the specialist consultants to effectively distribute our offering to the SI market.
 Develop a sales plan where we can maximise the use of our advisory support services, platforms and in-house investment solutions.
 Ensure delivery through collaboration within the group.

The successful candidate will possess:
 Strong knowledge of the investment or wealth management industry and financial instruments.
 Financial and business acumen.
